You CANNOT merge onto the interstate doing 25 mph.
P.S. This is also pretty much impossible if you actually stop at the end of the on ramp.

No you can't but you can piss a lot of people off by trying.
Not that I do that but.... where I live, it is possible to merge at 25mph...lol
Ah, another annoying thing that people do on the road.
Driving exactly the speed limit in the left hand lane of the freeway makes me day dream about bumper mounted rockets.
People that assume that they have the right away when they clearly do not is another.
I digress... :)
