I've never gotten that but I have spent an entire phone call listening to the conversation between the person I was supposed to be talking to and her daughter. That drives me nuts.

I hear ya and it's not just girls. Gay guys are like that, too. :D I didn't know that until I went through a breakup in the summer and nobody of those so-called friends bothered cheking upon me.
I have several friends who do that. It is annoying as all shit and why I rarely see them anymore. Worst part is they are both miserable with their men.
