First, I would love to say, thank you, thank you, thank you, to those of you who wrote in with kind words yesterday.
It means so much more than I would ever be able to express.
I picked this song because some of the lyrics touch my heart.
I think I say that about most of the songs I put up on here. I can’t help it, music speaks to my soul like nothing else can.
The line that speaks to me most in this song is the obvious one:
Whataya want from me?
I can only be who I am.
I can not change.
I do not want to change.
Whataya want from me?

Hugs to you!
Oh thank you for playing an Adam Lambert song. I know it is a bizarre thing for a 63 year old grandmother to have a major crush on a young gay guy - but he is just yummy to look at and I love his voice. I can understand how the lyrics to this song would appeal...
I've never heard it before but I like it. There have been so many songs over the years that had just the right words at just the right time and made me feel better about what was going on in my life at the time.
Not a huge Adam Lambert fan, but the lyrics are profound in light of what you've recently had to deal with. I'm a relatively new fan, and I don't always have time to visit as often as I'd like, so I missed the post yesterday, but better late than never I suppose. You. Fucking. Rock.
He was sooooo much better than that other guy....
